if the heart increase from 1 to 1.5 times than normal . is it possible that it returns to normal position if we take care of it

it depends upon the cause of enlargement of heart... if cause is reversible then obviously it can return to normal in some cases.. but usually it doesn't.. only supportive and remodeling medications for decreasing risk of compliaftons and sudden cardiac death.. along with that it depends on ECG AND ROUTINE BLOOD TESTS
