sometimes suddenly it starts pain in my heart and heart beat increases and I can't breathe very well and my left hand pain feel me discomfort and I have seen dr they did my ECG in that condition result was 250 is it normal or not

consult a cardiologist or electrophysiologist he might advice you some more test.
