Asking for Mother, Female, 62 years old, UAE

Hi, I need an opinion and some assurance if I should be extremely worried about this. Yesterday I took mum to a full body check up and got results. GP doctor did an ECG (Electric one) and mentioned in the report that Mum has PAC or premature atrial contraction. Of her blood test, her lipid tests were all high except for some tests within Lipid profile. Her RBC was also higher than the range. GP Doctor advised us to get consulted with a cardiologist. I would like to know the opinions of doctors here because consultation in UAE alone is too expensive, and I should do it from here? And an assurance if this is alarming that has to be taken as emergency or it is something related to lifestyle. Mum has a history of High BP and recently got diagnosed with diabetes.
