I was diagnosed by salmonella typhi during that period i felt pain in my left arm and also sudden cramp in left chest at the point of heart this thing repeated after 1 week but now from 3 to 4 days I feel pain in my left arm leg and continuously on chest sudden cramp in heart

It could be a musculoskeletal pain. A physical exam is quite helpful in revealing the nature of pain in this case. Otherwise one possibility is pericarditis. the membrane around the heart.An Ecg may be helpful in this case.
