Talk to Cardiologist on Heart Paitent/ Hypertension
Asking for Mother, Female, 58 years old, Rawalpindi
I have a query please. If any doctor can address it I'd be grateful. My mother is not feeling well, She has swollen arms,legs ,face and severe sweating, discomfort around chest, bloating since last one day.
Doctor prescribed her nebix 5mg a well back. She stopped taking it yesterday.

salams. if she is diabetic check her blind sugar levels. check her bp and pulse. she needs an ecg as soon as possible. disprin can be given if there are no contraindications. All in all with on going chest pain and sweating pt needs emergency managment in hospital with ecg as soon as possible.

pt needs proper checkup and evaluation by Cardiologist /medical specialist..
however u can get her ECG , ECHO , BLOOD CP , RFT'S, LFT'S, S/E , TFT'S AND CXR done.. then consult..
in my opinion she had problem of heart failure..
