I have this problem that suddenly my heart rate goes on to 200 and immediately comes down to normal as soon as I reach ECG which shows sinus tachycardia. During the episode I feel like I am going to faint and sweating starts profusely, Palpitations and feeling of high temperature between my legs. All my holters ett and ecgs are normal also CT Cor Angio is normal as well. Even during normal days I feel dizzy off and on with heaviness on my left side of the chest, all of this is more profound especially when I exert my self and after eating food.
