her echo report shows severe hypertrophy of cardiac muscles secondary to chronic uncontrolled hypertension.

The answer to this is medical management of hypertension, no need for any surgical intervention as rest of the echo is normal.

however I don't agree with the present treatment regime and we can optimize it further to be more effective
