Best option is RF ablation. Can b done easily as a day care procedure with MashAllah 95% success. regarding medications u can use beta blocker or CCBs.
Kindly get an echo from a pediatric cardiologist to confirm that it's not Tetrology of fallots , pink or blue .... RVOT can be part of it , isolated RVOT is not that common and it will depend on the severity of RVOT ...
