Talk to Cardiologist on My Mother Is Complaining About "heart Shivering"

My mother has been complaining of having heart shivering for last for 4 days, her heart beat is normal but sometimes it shows low on plus oximeter around 30. she had done angioplasty about 1 year ago. Please any specialist can atleast tell what could be the cause. Im so worried about my mother's health. i have attached her current treatment and yesterday night Ecg

As your mother is already cardiac patient. your mother needs ECG during Palpitations .. above Ecg shows heart rate of almost 100. please increase the dose of tab Concor to 5mg once daily in morning after breakfast.
if it doesn't get relived , she will further need Holter test for 24 hours , ECHO , Blood Cp and TFT'S .
what is EF OF the patient in echo
kindly share report of echo if u have it
increase the dose of concor to 5mg

No Sir she doesn't have diabetes, al though she has some stress, never done test related to thyroid disease. im grateful for your reply sir, May Allah bless all kind doctors like you.
