Pain In Both Arms & Feel Pressure On Chest

Question

my mother has under gone with angeography &amp; angioplasty &amp; they placed one stent in the artery almost 2.5 years ago in june 2016.
now she again having pain in both arms &amp; chest congestion. Her doctor asked her to go for angeography &amp; didn\'t recommend any ECG or Echo test. he said may be stent is misplaced.
I wanna ask what would be the reasons for this pain having one stent already placed ?
Should we do ECG &amp; echo test?
Also can the misplaced stent be removed or repositioned with angeography?
what would be the possible reasons of this pain ?
as every one in our house is very worried about her.

Stent cannot get misplaced or malposotioned once it's in place however the disease can progress in the same artery or some other artery... If she is having typical symptoms then angiography is the way to go however if atypical then stress testing can be done... But the evaluating doctor is best judge.
