Talk to Cardiologist on Palpitation And Little Bit Discomfort In Chest

Since 3 years I have been sitting and spending my almost 14 hours by playing video games. 6 months ago I have chest pain and left hand pain which was successfully recovered. After 2 months again the problem came , I went to doctor he take my ECG. ECHO , ETT but everything is perfect. and now again after 2 months I am Facing Palpitation Almost everything and slight chest pain on my left side. please tell me the solution what should i do

Try to reduce your screen time and do regular walk starting from 10 minutes walk and then increase gradually..If your E.T.T and echocardiogram was normal,observe your life style and try to adopt healthy life style.

get ur TFT'S test.. reduce ur screen time .. get proper time for sleep.. daily continous walk for 30 mins or jogging for 15 mins .. proper diet.. nothing to be worried about.. if u still face same problem , go for 24 hours holter test
