Talk to Cardiologist on Palpitation, Head Heaviness, Confusion, Stomach Problem
Asking For Self, Male 34, Nankana
I had previous history of Asd closure 13 years ago which went well. Now i am facing missing heart beat for fraction of second and head heaviness with confusion. i also have gain weight upto 107kg. i also feel pain in my head and unable to do work actively. if i do some physical work i feel faster and strong heart beat and brain become confused. currently i am taking nebivolol 5mg. Due to above symptoms i become so irritated and some time filled with anger. kindly suggest solution and whom doctor i should consult.

Did u get your ecg done? Or holter monitoring ? U shud see a cardiologist, preferably an electro physiologist.

An ECG and echo is ofcourse required. Additionally you need a face to face consultation as you mentioned that you have wt gain , confusion , headache and these symptoms need to be assessed on there own merit. Some times a 24 hour holter is also useful in assessing and diagnosing arrhythmia.
