This ECG is normal.
But this doesn't mean there is a heart problem.
You need to consult Cardiologist with full details online.

Your ECG does not show irregular beats.
Heart rate is not more than hundred.
Please don't use medical terminologies.
Do you know what is palpitation?

Needs detailed history of symptoms and medical examination. ECG didn't show any significant abnormality

Member of Marham-Forum

hello dear. thank you for sharing your concerns. your history of palpitations is very normal in adults. could be because of stress, lack of sleep or just simply weather or exercise. your ECG seems to be normal. it your problem is manageable and comes once a week or once a month and settles by itself than you don't need to worry. if this is a persistent thing and is bothering you too much than you might need to see a cardiologist and do a test called Holter monitoring for 72 hours where a device is given to you and it records your heart rythm for 72 hours. if there is a momentary rythm abnormality which this ECG didn't pick, there is fair chance that in 72 hrs that device might pick it and we would know better. for now, i think you need to relax and watch your symptoms. good luck

The ECG shows very tall R waves in V2 onwards. This is called as early transition of R waves which normally occurs slowly and becomes totally positive beyond V3. In the background of history of palpitations it is better to consult electrophysiologist to rule out pre-excitation.
