Hi Docs, I am feeling chest pain sometimes shortness of breath. I feel most of the pain when I wake up and it gets better when walking. Sometimes the pain disappear with physical activity like walking or diverting mind. BP is between 125-135/80-90 I also feel heart palpitations with fast heartbeat sometimes. I did ECG month back and Medical Specialist prescriped me Inderal which I did not take.

Also I have noticed the end of ribs and side of chest hurts with touch as well. I had no injury

your pain is atypical , and ecg has no gross abnormality, take tab inderal as prescription.

Mainly with my nose blocked I feel shortness of breath. I do daily walk for 40 mins and I have never felt shortness of breath there.
No I dont have any palmer sweating as well
