Talk to Cardiologist on Pinching In Heart
Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Lahore
From the past few months it happened sometimes that i felt little pinching or heaviness on my heart. Like suiyaan chubh rai hon heart me specially while breathing. It slows down after some time and stops then. But it has been 8 to 10 times that i felt this after fews days gap. Especially in the morning. I have not anyother disease or High BP issue.

It would be nice if you increase your water intake. Take risek 20 mg morning and evening before meals for 10 days. Use citrosoda sashe after meals if pinching occurs. And update us if any of the symptoms reoccur.

Seems atypical.. get an ecg ehtiatan.. n visit your physician for complete evaluation

Seems not cardiac symptoms but as you are in 30's so get following test and send ECG
