My friend 60 years of age had heart attack about four weeks back. Stent was placed. He had Hypertension for last five years. He lost his appetite, having body aches and pain and shortness of breath on walking fast.

Thanks I want to know his BP and what medications he is having is the shortness of breath on exertion and whether he can lie flat at night Did he have an Echo?
Can you upload the discharge slip so that I know which type of heart attack and how was the bp and urine output during admissions and post procedure. Was the Stenting procedure simple or complicated? How were RFTs and electrolytes. I need fresh RFTs and electrolytes. Is he passing normal amount of urine? If these are normal the cause can be drugs induced gastritis. For the time being tab motilium 10 mg bd and Esso 40 mg od. Will review after the above tests plus ECG and fresh Echo.
