these are small mini strokes in the brain.we have to find the cause please correct blood sugar levels if diabetic and maintain proper bp and pulse. the only aim is to prevent further strokes. maintain a healthy lifestyle regular exercise / physio maintain blood cholesterol and take blood thinners

and medicines for cure wouldn't reset the damage caused to brain? because my father has difficulty in walking. he has limping in walking+ one side of face is also down and one shoulder and hand is down. Drs prescribed him medicines but said nothing about improvement and I'm not satisfied. can you please answer my questions????

unfortunately yes , there are no medicines to reverse brain damage . unlike the skin the brain tissue doesnot have the ability to regenerate , some healing does occur but it takes a long time and being humans we cannot predict , what we can do to help is regular physiotherapy to build his muscle from developing disuse atrophy , weakness will be there it will never be the same as before. to summarize please get him to do regular exercise/ physiotherapy so that the joints and muscles dont stiffen , by exercise we mean light movement on all tge affected joints
