Hello. I'm 31 yrs old healthy married woman with 2 kids. I hve a history of CHD but Alhumdulilah now m totally fine after my shunt operation at the age of 6. My problem is that since morning im having a needle like pain just in the centre of my chest n a little towards left side. It is not continuous pain but comes n goes after a few hrs tym. Kindly suggest what it could be n wat action I can take? P.s Pain is localised not travelling in the arm ..

Post shunt repair first 6 months are very important. After 6 months if shunt has no leaking and no impact on lung pressure most patients can lead a normal life without any danger.
Pain can be of multiple cause. Get your vitamin D3 levels checked and if they are fine and taking Panadol does not settle the pain you should come for a consultation
