میرا اوپن ھارٹ سرجری پانچ سال پہلے ھوا تھا سال میں ایک دو دفعہ میری ھارٹ بیٹ بہت تیز ھو جاتی ھے فر ہسپتال جا کہ کنٹرول کرنا پڑتی ھے ساتھ میں فیل کرتا ھوں کہ جب کوئ کام کرتا ھوں تو کمزوری کی وجہ سے میرے سینے کی ھڈی میں دو تین دن شدید درد رھتا ھے پلیز کوئ اچھی سی منرل وائٹمن بتا دیں اور ساتھ ھارٹ بیٹ کی کیا وجہ ھو سکتی ھے
