daily pain in heart for 3_4 times a day,I have shortness of breath issue also,and mostly head pain especially in early morning

i have shortness of breath since 4 years especially in winter alot,and I take prosma tablet and use Ventolin puff

use tab Nuberol forte 1+0+1 after meals
cap selanz sr 30mg 1+0+1 before meal

u need to get evaluation by cardiologist.
meanwhile do ur routine blood tests ( Blood Cp , RFT'S, S/E , TFT'S)
u should get ur ECG , ECHO and CHEST XRAY done ..
