I am having indigestion+diarrhea from morning and now its evening but I observed pulse rate 90+ at rest and 100+ for example bp is 99/67 and pulse is 95, and then when walking pulse becomes 105 at rest. i also feels heartbeat sometimes and have certain stresses. please guide me what should i do
