Chest Respiratory Specialist in Peshawar - Dr. Muhammad Butt

Your HRCT and labs with symptoms you mentions are suggestive of bronchiectasis secondary to ABPA. Plus you have growth of staph aureus at the moment as well which is resistant to many drugs.
your treatment is a long-term treatment that will need a lot of patience and dedication on your part. You will be given steroids for 6 months and more depending upon your response to the steroids. Antifungal treatment for 16 weeks and obviously covering acute treatment for staph aureus according to your sensitivity to drugs. Because you will be given long term steroids, some additional medications to prevent side effects of steroid will be prescribed too. Chest physiotherapy would also be necessary to improve symptoms on daily basis.
For detail discussion and dose dependant treatment consult privately.
Thanks
