AoA mujhy 2015/16 ma Pulmonary TB hui thi jo k 2017 ma 9 months ka kamyab course krny k bad thek ho gai thi lakin 2018 k bad se aj tak mujhy itni acute cough hy jis se lgta hy ksi waqt b mera heart aor lungs nikal kar bahr aa jayen gy aor esi waja se mery pathay, gardan ki ragain aor head ki ragain dard krti hain aor ma ne cough ka her qisam ka syrup aor tablets use ki hain lakin koi farq nai parhta hy jabky mera weight b thek hy baki b koi issue nai hy lakin cough nai jati hy kindly mjy btayen k mjy kia krna chaye ma cough ki waja se apni life se tang hoon
Check for anyother cause of cough other than post tb fibrosis. May be asthma or something other. Use cough supreeent syruos containing dextrometorphine, such as hydrillin dm, if no other cause of cough.

Sir thanks for your kind reply, i already get HRCT Chest from CMH and further check up from PEMH Rwp Prof Brigadier Dr M Imran, Pulmonologist/ Lung Specialist in MH Rwp. He dignozed me Myteka tab and tiovair rotacaps 18 mcg for 3 months and no any other disease found.
