Severe Chest pain in left side of the body ,mostly behind ribs and sometimes in shoulder and arm aswell.ECG reports are clear as per doctors so heart issues are ruled out i guess.Recently i also vomited once daily with a little blood in the vomit and nose bleeded once as well.
