I have back pain for 10 years. I visited many doctors did MRI twice , dr said nothing to worry about just do exercise, but it is severe i can't sit for long without cusion. Dr just prescribed pain killer for temporary relief. Plz guide me what to do. I am married having 3 kids, can't do house chores . Plz help
