I have taken 30 tablets of dietery supplements "Osteo biflex one per day,", because I was feeling pain in my knees and finger joints. I felt improvement while taking this sup. But as soon as I leave these sup. I m feeling pain again in my knees. I m 27 yo, I have been facing this issue for 1.5 year. Can it be Arthritis (genetically)? as my mother also has Osteo and Rheumatoid Arthritis issue.

if its the same arthritis then it has no complete treatment. it can only be controlled thru medicines. bcz there are some diseases that once occur they cannot be completely finished. rather they can be controlled thru medicines
