Have you had a recent good resolution MRI. Pls send your finger X-ray as well. I suspect you may have developed infection in the bone!. Of course it’s curable and I am more than happy to review once imaging is done.

It’s better to visit a hand surgeon in your area. To locate the Glomus tumor accurately you need a High Resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging (HR-MRI). The recurrence in your case is probably because of incomplete removal of the tumor, it’s Small size and difficulty in locating the tumor.
