I am having Pain in my Knee joint from a month .i feel that pain is inside the joint. And from sitting to standing and from standing to sitting i feel pain otherwise walking and every thing normal. I feel no pain during walking etc .My X ray is normal.What you suggest. I am 21 years old with 55 kg weight.

Pain is localised because of micro tears in the region. But those micro tears happen because of deficiency of vitamin D. Please get it checked and let me know.

Most pains that start without injury and no other symptoms r due to change in activity level and once u remove the aggravating factor the pain subsides,
If pain is effecting your sleep then take Anti Inflamatory meds for one week.
Do exersizes to improve muscle strength and avoid aggravating factors. If good physio is available then visit and dicuss and if pain present for 3 months then need to do blood tests and MRI
