How much time will it take to be normal after surgery. What are the drawbacks of Knock knee surgery is this dangerous and painful. I will suggest to go for surgery one side at a time. Bone healing take at least 6-12 weeks. During this u will not be able to bear weight on your operated leg so better do one at a time.

knocking knees develop as a child grows. and deformity start appearing only after child starts walking. you need a good quality xrays of both lower limbs including your hip joints and all the down to feet in standing position. these will guide us deciding the type of surgery and the amount of correction. single properly performed surgery is enough for each limb. recovery needs bone healing as well as your cooperation and compliance during rehabilitative physical therapy sessions.
