Pain In Hands

Question

I have pain in my hands, feeling pain while making fist ✊, kneeding and other household chores. the pain is not much severe yet. mugar agar Thora b zada hua tu kaam nhi kar Sakti. I have 4 kids and the last baby is 5 months old. please help me.
