Talk to Cosmetic Surgeon on Rhinoplasty

Can anyone give me a rough figure of cost charged for correction of deviated nose septum , in my childhood I fell down ,had bleeding from nose but continous check ups and all was followed , no.one suggested surgery , now I'm 30 years old ,never had breathing issues, but I feel my nose is getting more deviated with time . Have heard its quite expensive, is there any difference between getting nose correction done by an ENT or rhinoplasty is some different thing? My ENT specialist asked me if I wanted to correct it or not ,will it change my nose shape?are normal surgeries and cosmetics surgeries different ? Thank you in advance
