Asking For Self, Male 40, Sindh
since last month i got severe lower back pain, either i cant move left right side in doing PT position. after 15/30 mins little time to sit for getting relief to my back. even i got 2 sessions of hajama. i have severe issue of weak muscles, sometimes it aches, or pull at the time of doing some work, like picking the weight or in discomfortable position in sleep. i do never take any supplement or vitamins tablets. plz Dr. help in this regard.
