Hey there! Im 19 and Ive noticed that i always kinda had knocking knees. They dont hurt or anything but i just dont like the way it makes my body look. Ive been to a few physiotherapists but they all gave different inputs and had me confused. I would greatly appreciate if a orthopaedic gave some advice on how to correct them. Thanks in advance.
