get mri lumbosacral region. if neural tissue involvement shows up then u might need caudal epidural steroid injection.
meanwhile take tab apranax 550 mg twice a day. for 1 week
cap risek 40 mg once before breakfast. for 1 week
tab sologesic extra once daily at night for 3 days.
tab bmd-max once daily for 1 month.
tab chymoral forte thrice daily for 1 week.
