Wrist Pain In Right Hand And Arm

I have wrist pain in my right hand and on two points in arm.i feel pain while moving my hand,,doing any work.writing or in ketchen work.ifbit increases then I fel pain In my arm at two points.kindly guide me.

is there history of any injury?recent or past?
seems like some tendon sheath inflammation,needs icing ,rest and some work up after proper evaluation.....if it's not settling,plz see me at doctors hospital or some good orthopedic surgeon

could be carpal tunnel syndrome.  but necessarily the two points you have marked are not exactly co relating with it.  anywats you can get yourself examined by ortho surgeon nearby.
