is there any medical history? since when that problem happening with you?
you need proper examination visit to the dentist for diagnosis and they will treat you accordingly.
you need deep scaling and curettage but all depends on proper history.

For bleeding of gums use paradontax toothpaste and along with this do normal saline rinses thrice a day.
If there is no medical history regarding to bleeding disorders...Scaling and polishing should be done.
