Only an orthodontist can decide
As in this case first a clinical examination and than radiographs are necessary to make a diagnosis and than a complete treatment plan will be plan
It is more appropriate to visit a nearby orthodontist who can give you more information about this by physically examining the patient

Conventional braces are 100% better than the aligners , no doubt about it .
Braces are more effective then aligners especially with deep bite and cross bite cases.
