bleeding from gum is normal in pregnancy. but need to look at it. if u have plaque and tarter you need scaling and some mouthwash. do warm saline gargles as many time as u can. and consult nearby dentist for proper diagnosis ,

this is a gum disease called gingivitis. it can be cured by scaling and polishing and it is safe during pregnancy there's no harm in doing scaling for you or for the baby

sister with your description its quite clear that you had a gum disease called gingivitis. this issue gets exaggerated during pregnancy. and its called gestation gingivitis. you just neeed to visit a good clinic to get your scaling done after thorough examination. and dont worry its quite safe during pregnancy if dealt properly. Add ENZICLORE mouthwash thrice a day in your routine.

It seems gingivitis -infection of gums. It should be treated by scaling. It's a safe procedure, would make your condition better Insha Allah.

Firstly, Don't take too much stress as you are pregnant.
Secondly, you were supposed to visit any near by dentist for deep cleaning (Scaling) before pregnancy when you were aware of bleeding.
It's not too late go to any dentist for scaling as hormonal changes in this condition is worsening your gum inflammation.
