Assalam e alikum meri beti ka teeth bottle feeding ki waja sa bht kharab ho gay han. doctors na root canal ka kaha hay 4 teeth ka.. 1 teeth pa kuch aisa dana bana hay. root canal treatment kia bachon ka lia painful hay???

in children pulpotomy is done which is equivalent to rct in primary teeth anaesthesia is given little pain only during injection don't worry.

Pehly antibiotics syrup deney parengy infection thora resolve hojaye to treatment hoga. Bachon main pulpectomy treatment hota hai which is similar to RCT but not exactly RCT. Rest of the teeth looks fine to me unko treat krny ki zroort ni just this one

root canal can be done by applying anesthetic gel or spray. you can always get it done as soon as possible. avoid adding sugar in the bottle
in children a pulpotomy or pulpectomy is done. The procedure will help resolve infection. if your child is cooperative, it will take place in multiple visito and local anesthesia. if not then you can get it done in general anesthesia from a dental hospital.
It us treatable by giving medicine. No need of surgical procedures. Plz take an appointment

first of all try to cover the infection from the medicine given for 5 to 7 days if it does not subsides and pain gets intense then we should go for pulpotomy and pulpectomy and in this age children's are not cooperative so one should cover the problem with medicine syrups
Kindly take medicine first and then go for pulpectomy
First of all, stop bottle feeding, infection can be treated by partial removal of pulp ( pulpotomy) in children , then follow the medicine prescribed.
