Hi, Firstly let me admit, I've never practiced proper oral hygiene, it was my big mistake but now pani sr se guzr gya. Kindly, help me what to do and which dentist to visit. My problem is I've brown stains on my two front upper tooths which cover approx. 1/4th of each tooth surface. I want them removed kindly help do I get scaling or what. I dont want to do crown on my teeths as I want my original ones clean. Second problem is plaque which I know will be cleaned by scaling. And third one is small dots of black cavities on my few teeths. I also want them removed. And I've mere 2 weeks time limit so kindly tell me what to do just clean my front tooths and plaque by scaling in one visit and then schedule for cavities cleaning afterwards. My main concern is brown stains and plaque so scaling can help me get my smile back? Jazak Allah pls reply with detailed answer

hey. you don't need to worry about. they must be good stains will be removed during scaling and polishing along with your plaque. cavities will be removed during filling procedure. it will be done in two visits.
