Aoa. He must have been using feeding bottle at an early age. This may be the reason. So visit nearby dentist for proper treatment that may include fillings or other appropriate measures. Regards

Jo keera lag gaya ha usko rokna zaroori ha boht uske liye treatments available hain uske liye dentist ko check krwayen. or khud Jo ap kr sakti hain wo ye ha k raat ko sone se pehle isko brush krwa k sulae or uske baad ye koi bottle feed na le milk juice kuch bhi ni .. or khana khane k baad bhi uske daant saaf krwaye lakin dentist ko check zaroor krwayen
