The chances of getting the lower teeth mobile and falling off are less, but they surely will incline towards the oropharynx direction (reverse proclination) ultimately causing overbite..you must consult a good orthodontist and start your ortho treatment asap

plz attach a pic for exact Diagnosis. although possibility of teeth falling of is rare. but can damage teeth for sure.
also it can cause jaw joint pain
