if u r using a hard brush or medium brush first switch to soft secondly follow proper technique use saline rinses put a pinch of salt in lukewarm water do rinses with it 3 to 4 times,use hi salz for bleeding gums and for professional help consult a dentist for proper treatment plan like sacaling and polishing
