Kindly add picture of your teeth but seems either stains ( not to worry about) or caries. In case these are caries you have to get them filled by any competent dentist

go for scaling once in 6 months if you still have gums issue,do flossing after every meal and brush your teeth twice in a day after breakfast and after dinner. For black lines visit your nearest dentist aur show me the picture of xray so i can assess.

hum jitna Acha teeth brushing kr lain kuch areas min aik deposit ki layer bn na Shuru ho jati , Shuru min soft hoti jise tartar kehte, jb zada hard hoti calculus kehte
is layer ki waja se gums irritate hote ,initially swell pher ahista ahista neeche hote
to kehne k8 bat ye ha ke koi medicine tooth paste is ko remove nae kr skta
so must visit dentist for assessment and most probably scaling
for further discussion can book any specialist through Marham platform ??
meanwhile use
Paradontax toothpaste
or
Protect G toothpaste

Walekum Salam, Take good care of your oral hygiene and visit any teaching hospital for scaling and polishing for gums and for black lines it may be stains or may be carious. Visit dentist at hospital they are more affordable.
