Asking For Self, Female 28, Lahore
I lost my 1st molar tooth on the left lower side of jaw because of infection after RCT. Now on Thursday dentist place a porcelain dental bridge on it after grinding the adjacent tooth on its both side. Now I'm suffering from extreme sensitivity on dental bridge. what should be the possible cause of it?
visit the same dr or different for proper examination..
kindly visit your dentist and discuss your condition
aoa, visit to your dentist and use Toothpaste impact for a week
It's called Dentinal Hypersensitivity, now it will be better to go through the RCTs of these teeth or go through photobiomodulation with the help of Diode laser which might help
need to seek Same dentist's help OK ?
The reason for the sensitivity can be explored on examination of the bridge. Normally the sensitivity goes away as soon as the teeth are covered with the bridge. Kindly visit your dentist again .
After grinding its natural to have little sensitivity, after placing the bridge it will be alright.
If there is time in bridge placement, you can ask for temporary crowns over your grinded teeth.
u can wait for a couple of days,if u feel a decline in sensitivity then it will be alright otherwise u need to get the crowned teeth RCT procedure done.
