u need to visit some nearby dentist before the situation gets worst..... Maintain your oral hygiene, brush twice daily after breakfast and before bed..... U can use Colgate max cavity protection toothpaste in daily routine , but still get yourself checked as early as possible......
Best to visit a dentist. Toothpaste won’t work to repair the damaged tooth. A filling is however required for the said purpose. Thanks

filling is required if u have caries and scaling for stains. caries cannot be removed by Toothpaste.

There is no toothpaste or medication for Dental Carries. The best route for treatment is to get an X-RAY of your teeth to check how deep is the carries lesions after that a suitable treatment plan can be offered to you. For black scars and yellow stains you can get scaling and polishing. If there is bleeding from gums use paradontex toothpaste for one week twice a day. Otherwise for sensitivity you can use Sensodyne toothpaste.
The best treatment option is scaling an polishing if its only appearance problem.

No toothpaste can remove Caries ,you must visit a dentist to remove it and to fill it
