Aoa. It's looking like due to wisdom tooth that might be exerting pressure on neighboring teeth. Also there may be some little caries which can be determined if examined clinically. Till then have tab Modact IR tab two times a day. This tab can be dissolved in half glass of water for quick relief from pain. Regards.

There are multiple issues on the left side both in the upper and lower jaw. Multiple root canals are required along with evaluation and probable removal of wisdom tooth on the left side which is quite angulated.
