Asking for Other, Female, 3 years old, Jeddah

Any peads dentist here? My 2 and a half year old daughter’s upper teeth and molars look like this. Her baby teeth came out like this so I doubt its cavity, her jaudice was not high, it was mild when she was born. Also she began teething very early, like around 3.5 months. She sometimes complain of pain while chewing anything hard.

Well she is just 2.5 yrs old so I don’t recommend you to get her teeth extracted right at this age so that permanent teeth don’t erupt malaligned.Maintain her good oral hygiene along with visit to a dentist for her root cleaning and filling of her teeth. Jaundice has no such link with this condition. Please make sure her brushing is good. After milk make her rinse her mouth atleast. If she feels pain of any kind then go for syrup Panadol OR Syrup Brufen (1+0+1)teaspoons

Ths is not because of juandice she had. Avoid any sticky food like choclate toffees these things will cause caries progression she has. Use normal saline rinses. Add salt in Lukewarm water and do rinses after every meal. Especially before going to bed. Ths is precautionary measure. Further she needs a complete check up with x ray. Thank you
