Or Phr Uske Kuch Din Bd Mujhe Uske (Upper Jaw Second Molar) Me Kuch Bhi Chabane Pr Sui Chubne Jesa Pain Hota He.. Jiski Waja Se Me Is Side Se Kuch Khaa Nhi Parha.. Dentist Ko Dubara Check Krwaya Toh Unhone Kaha Ke Tooth Toh Apni Jaga Sahi He.. Or Tablets Khane Ko Dedi.. Lekin Tablets Ke Bawajood Bhi Same Issue He.

after filling you are feeling pain yes. it might be due to your filling hight just level it n pain will subside. otherwise aik x.ray kr k daikna pare ga
It can be due to a number of reasons, can be high spot from the filling, uske liye check krna parhay ga articulating paper se at dental chair. Or probably a new cavity in the upper tooth, can be ruled out by clinical assessment and an x-ray.

AGR DARD hu tu us surat mein ap koi painkillers kah saktay Hain
ya tu apki filling ki waja say danat barabar nahi miltay or apko takleeef hai
ya phir abhi b daant mein cavity hai Matlab keera hai
so plz dentist ko dekhaye x-ray or muaina kr Kay hi apki takleef ka ilaj mumkin hai

one of the reason of pain is due to over hanging(excessive)filling which lead to improper closure of mouth
otherwise get your x ray of both upper and lower 2nd molar for further evaluation
Theres no need to take any painkiller. There may be excessive filling which leads to pain when you close your mouth, and when you eat. It can be contoured and you will get pain free. Better to consult me in my clinic and your issue will be resolved. Regards

AOA, a periapical x ray of upper and lower second molar tooth should be taken, high spots for premature contacts to be noticed. Possibly cavity is either a bit overfilled or there is a pulp pathology which can be concluded with an x ray. Visit nearby dentist or visit me at Western Dental,Karachi
