it can be angioedema. due to food or any medication. puffy eyes and swollen gums lips are caused by angioedema if you don't have any dental issue. or it can be sinusitis. but if you don't feel any symptoms like runny nose or headache or sudden fever then it can be allergic reaction

in OPG there isn't any dental issue. dental infections can lead to puffy eyes but it's because of severe infection and causes pain too. most probably it's because of allergic reaction.

The recurrent swelling in your upper gum, lips, nose, and eyes, especially upon waking, could be due to a dental infection, sinusitis, allergies, angioedema, or a dental cyst. The symptoms and CT scan suggest possible dental or sinus issues. It's important to consult a healthcare provider for a thorough examination and accurate diagnosis. They might recommend further tests or refer you to a specialist. Immediate professional evaluation will help determine the cause and appropriate treatment.

The swelling could be due to allergic reactions, angioedema, systemic conditions like autoimmune disorders, or fluid retention issues. A thorough medical evaluation is needed to pinpoint the cause. Consulting a healthcare provider will help determine the appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
